Vision
An agency that creates opportunities for all people to thrive, a partner in building strong, resilient communities, to ensure a more equitable society

Mission
To assist in reducing poverty, the revitalization of low-income communities, and the empowerment of low-income families and individuals to reach economic stability.

A network of six (6) Area Resource Centers has been established in Belknap and Merrimack Counties to provide access to assistance, referrals and help with basic needs. The staff at the centers can provide direct support for our energy assistance programs  and can provide referrals for a variety of other agency programs or community resources. The centers are also able to provide food assistance through on-site pantries. Donations of food are gladly accepted. We welcome the opportunity to be the recipient of fundraising efforts to help feed the community.
