to discuss the Capital Improvements Plan for 2021.

The Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing, in accordance with RSA 231:59-a, to take action on the designation of a section of Old Route 104 (Pemi Outlet) a Class VI road as an emergency lane, which will allow for  maintenance and repair, to  include removal of brush, repair of washouts or culverts, or any other work deemed necessary to render such way passable to firefighting vehicles.

  5. Wes Hays – INFORMATIONAL/ CONCEPTUAL – 74 NH Route 132N, Tax Map R-11, Lot 22; discussion on amendment to 2007 Site Plan approval.
  6. Report from Master Plan Sub-Committee on Community Surveys and updates to the Master Plan.
  7. Discussion of possible addition of “wholesale/retail with low traffic volumes” as a Permitted Use by Special Exception in the Business Commercial (BC2) District; and consideration of other possible changes to permitted uses in BC2 and BC3.
  8. And any other business that may come before the board.
